Koala Sanctuary - Magnetic Island
Hold a Crocodile, Cuddle a Koala and Wrap a Snake around you. Magnetic Islands Bungalow Bay Koala Village has set the lead in Australia’s eco tourism industry with a interpretive experience to appreciate and learn all about the islands native wildlife and bush experiences.
Your local ranger will show you through the Koala Sanctuary experiencing all wildlife native to magnetic island with an interactive experience, you can get up close and personal with a Koala, salt water crocodile and various other creatures found in the local area. Also included in your tour is a guided bushwalk in the adjacent bushland which will take you through wetlands, paperbark and pandanus forest plus teach you about the culture and history of Magnetic Island.
Three Daily tours commence at:
10.00am – 12.00pm
12.00pm – 2.00pm
2.30pm – 4.30pm
